When you fill in the form under La Conversación, we receive what you type: your business's name, your name, your phone number and, if you choose to give them, your email, the stage you think you're at and a message. We also note which language you were reading in and when you wrote.

If you email or call us directly, we receive whatever you share in that email or call.

Like any website, the servers that deliver this one keep short-lived technical logs (IP address, browser type, the pages requested) to keep the site running and secure. We don't use them to identify you.

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising pixels or third-party trackers. Our fonts and images are served from our own domain, so reading these pages tells no one else you were here.

We don't sell your information, rent it, or share it for anyone's advertising.

Only to answer you: to call or write back, to prepare for our first conversation and, if we work together, to run the project. We won't add you to a newsletter or mailing list unless you ask to be on one.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to a successor if Semilla Social is ever sold or reorganized, under the same promises made on this page.

If we become partners, we keep your contact details while we work together and afterward for as long as tax and business records require. If we don't, we delete your inquiry within 24 months of your last message. Our host keeps its server logs for a short period, then discards them.

You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to hola@semillasocial.com, in English or Spanish, and we'll answer within 30 days. We'll ask only for what we need to confirm it's you.

What you send travels over an encrypted connection and is stored with access limited to the people at Semilla Social who need it. No system is perfectly secure; if something ever goes wrong that affects your information, we'll tell you.

This site is for business owners. It isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date. If a change affects how we use something you've already sent us, we'll tell you directly before it applies.
